SD30 spec. states supporting max. of 4GB memory but only shows around 3.3GB in the post screen & Windows?

The 945 chipset does not support hole remapping function. Although the chipset could hold up to 4GB of memory, the memory address exceeded 3.3GB is reserved for PCI resource. Therefore you only can see around 3.3GB of memory.
